Terms of Service

1. What this service is

Fortune Weenie is an entertainment service, for fun only. Results have no scientific basis whatsoever and have nothing to do with anyone's actual body or abilities.

Do not treat results as fact or use them to judge or demean anyone.

2. Eligibility

You must be 19 or older (18 or older outside Korea). Photos with obvious signs of a minor are not analyzed.

3. Uploading photos and your responsibility

Only upload your own photo or one you have the person's consent to use. Uploading someone else's photo without consent is prohibited.

You are legally responsible for any consequences of breaking this rule.

4. Reports and takedown

If a result is reported as unauthorized with the button on the result page, it is made private immediately and its character image is deleted. This cannot be undone.

5. Using your results

You may share your own result card and character image for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Do not use results to harass or defame anyone, or for commercial purposes.

6. Prohibited conduct

Automated bulk requests, circumventing rate limits, and anything that disrupts the service are prohibited.

7. Changes and discontinuation

We may change or discontinue all or part of the service. The service is free and provided without any guarantee of particular results or availability.

8. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the accuracy of results or for any damage arising from their use, except for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to the service are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
